Terms of use
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Scenario Development, provided by [Legal entity name]. Using the service means accepting them.
What the service does
Scenario Development guides you through a structured foresight process and helps you produce four future scenarios and a Story Pack. An AI facilitator suggests content at various points. Every suggestion is a proposal: nothing is recorded until you accept it, and you can edit anything first.
What it is not
The scenarios are deliberately plausible rather than predictive. They exist to widen thinking and support discussion. They are not forecasts, and they are not financial, legal, investment or professional advice. Decisions you take remain yours.
Your account
Keep access to your email account secure, since that is how sign-in works. Tell us at [contact email] if you believe someone else has reached your account. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.
What you upload
You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By uploading a document you confirm you are entitled to share it, and you accept that its text is sent to the AI provider when you ask the facilitator to generate something — see the privacy page.
Do not upload material that is unlawful, or that you are not permitted to disclose.
What you produce
Your sessions and Story Packs are yours to use as you wish, including commercially. The workshop methodology, the software and their contents remain the property of their respective owners and are not licensed to you beyond using the service.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It may be changed or suspended for maintenance. While your work is saved as you go, please keep your own copy of anything important — export your Story Pack when you finish.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, [Legal entity name] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of scenarios produced here. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to [contact email]. Accounts may be suspended for misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
Changes
These terms may be updated. If a change materially affects you, you will be told before it takes effect. The date above shows when they were last revised.
